Retail customers are covered by the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection Regulations and these allow you to return items to us within seven days, if you are not completely satisfied, for a full refund from the date of the original receipt. Items should be sent back in perfect condition and unused.
Unless the items are faulty or sent incorrectly, you will liable for return postal costs. Please be aware that any refunds or replacements above our Statutory Obligations are discretionary.
If you would like to return and exchange something because you do not like it or you have no use for it, you may return it but you will be required to pay for the postage on the new item being dispatched to you. The quickest and easiest way to do this is to make a new order for the item(s) you do want, and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund. This way you will pay for your postage and receive your new item(s) much quicker.
