Returns

We will credit or refund (excluding any associated shipping costs) unused items if returned to us within 14 days of receipt.  However due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings and Earring findings are non-returnable. 

Please check all goods before making up jewellery - we cannot accept returned part-strands, or strands of beads that you have cut - they must be whole, entire and intact. Nor can we accept returned items that have been used in whole or in part. It is your responsibility to ensure you are entirely happy with your goods prior to making jewellery or using them in any way. We will not accept returns after the 14 days as mentioned above.

We will replace or refund (excluding any associated shipping costs) faulty goods if we receive written notification by either post or email within 7 days of receipt and if the item is returned within 7 days. Again, we cannot accept returned part-strands, or strands of beads that you have cut - they must be whole, entire, intact and unused.

Should you require a refund by cheque please send a written request and SAE. 

Please ensure that anything returned is well packaged in a box or padded envelope and please retain proof of posting or use a secure / guaranteed service.  We cannot credit returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging.
